Definitions

Unless otherwise specified, the terms defined below shall have the following meanings, as may be amended, modified, or supplemented by applicable laws, regulations, and/or other disclosure documents:

  • "Client" refers to any purchaser, service user, customer, member, or any person related to the services.
  • "Company" refers to Barracudas Co., Ltd.
  • "Booking Confirmation" refers to any document or proof of reservation used as evidence for ticket issuance.
  • "Travel Ticket / Travel Voucher" refers to the document used for travel, including a confirmed booking issued by the Company.
  • "Tour Itinerary" refers to any travel program provided by the Company, whether in documents, platforms, applications, or advertisements.
  • "Platform" refers to https://www.barracudastourkrabi.com, which is the official platform for purchasing travel services, passenger transport, charter boat services, and other business activities under the Company's objectives.
  • "Tourism Service Transaction" refers to the purchase of travel services.
  • "Terms and Conditions of Service" refers to the agreement governing the Company's services, including services provided through the platform and application, as determined by the Company.
  • "Insurance" refers to accident insurance provided by the Company for tourism businesses and tour guides for the benefit of the Client.
  • "Insured Person" refers to the Client covered under the insurance policy.

"Force Majeure" refers to events beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to:

  • (a) Natural disasters such as extreme weather conditions, floods, fires, earthquakes, explosions, epidemics, or other natural calamities.
  • (b) Acts of war, invasion, hostility (whether declared or not), terrorism, rebellion, riots, theft, fraud, labor shortages, strikes, government actions, or other civil disturbances.
  • (c) Failures or disruptions of transmission equipment, communication devices, computer systems, electrical power, or electronic and communication equipment.
  • (d) Viruses, cyberattacks, or data theft beyond the Company's control.
  • (e) Any situation that the Company deems abnormal, such as suspension or closure of operations, or disruptions in ticket issuance.
